What approaches?

I specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am in the process of completing the accredited Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level 1 training this Spring 2026. My clinical work is integrative and evidence-based, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.
