Within is the private practice of Sousan Razzouk in Dubai. She is the leading clinician and frequently collaborates with other professionals and consultants. 

Sousan is a Licensed Psychologist, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and EMDRIA Certified Therapist™. 

Sousan graduated with a BA in General Psychology from the American University of Beirut. She went on to get her MA in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University (New York). Afterwards, Sousan completed further graduate coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, and from the University of California (Los Angeles; Santa Barbara).  Furthermore, as of August 2024, she began working towards her Doctorate of Social Sciences in Prevention Science. She is a member of the Pi Gamma Mu International Honor Society for Social Sciences. 

For over 16 years, she has worked in the field of mental healthcare across full age spectrum  (1.5 years old to geriatric ages), with a variety of afflictions and issues (e.g., neurodivergence, depression, anxiety, trauma, parenting difficulties, etc.), in different capacities (e.g., direct therapy, group therapy, research, lecturing, training, consulting, learning support assistance, supervision, etc.), and across different countries (e.g., Lebanon, USA, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, etc.).
